playing innocent, uwah~ ♥
[TRATTORIA]

That was an excellent job everyone did the other night during our, ah, cheese crisis. The kitchen and wait staff both did amazing work. There were a few rough patches here and there, but the customers mostly came out satisfied so we have nothing to complain about. Thanks for the hard work. Have a drink at the bar later as a late celebration -- it's on me.

Any damages that you think we should know?

I didn't know you had it in you to snark at a customer.

low blood pressure, pause, ... really
Kitchen staff, please start producing as many tarts as you can, but make them slightly different from the usual set we serve. Promos are best to convince customers on what to buy, after all.

Waiters, please divert the customers from ordering anything with cheese for the time being. Offer the specials (or anything else). Say that the specials come with complimentary dessert for today only. A test run of a new dessert item that they can graciously help us with. Don't forget to give them the suggestion slips afterward, to keep up the ruse, and thank them profusely. I'll start on the offers myself as soon as they step in, but pressure them into the choice when they're seated at your tables.

Mukuro is to go with the Manager on his cheese run. Arisato, if you can't man the bar on your own, please tell me immediately and I'll either help you or find someone who can.

Really, how did that amount of cheese disappear in so small a body?

Plans, cousin?

How interesting. I was supposed to visit Ryuusegai, though. I suppose that will have to come at a later time.

It's come to my attention that some of our employees have rather unique abilities, like being able to play different musical instruments and singing. If everyone else has similar abilities, kindly step forward and say so. We're not doing anything with them yet, but it would be good to know.

I've ascertained from the last few days that seafood and beef dishes are the popular replacements for pork. Chicken sales are still the same.

Manager, we have a multi-talented individual in our wait staff in the form of Morita Shinobu. If you have no objections, I will have him continue to entertain the customers in his unique way.

Please note that he can also sculpt. We can probably use some ice sculptures in future events.

The specials seem to have sold well, the stew particularly. Kitchen staff, considering the amount of ingredients that we've used on the specials thus far and assuming that they'll sell at the same rate every day, how much longer are we going to be able to offer the specials in the menu? People have asked.

Please note that the customers don't seem very inclined to order pork and other related dishes. Threat of the A(H1N1) influenza, I suppose. Maybe it would do you good not to buy much of it in the next few weeks.

Waiters and bartenders, good job yesterday. Let's continue it today. For how long are we going to be able to keep this record of no broken dishes, hm? First one to break something will treat the house to dessert.

Miss Ebichu, I've asked Arisato to make your aprons. He'll give it to you once they are done.

Summer is fast approaching Japan, isn't it?

[TRATTORIA]

Wait staff, we have new aprons today. You can get them from Usui. No need to surrender your old ones. Teddie, it seems that we were unable to find a size to fit your mascot, so I personally ordered one to be made for you. Expect it next week. ♥ In the mean time, I'm afraid you won't be able to use it much during your shift.

We also have the special menu up, please check our chef's post for it. I expect you to memorize the menu by lunch today. Let's have a taste testing later so we'll know how to describe it to the customers.

Note that they have their choice of cheese with regards to the stew. Give your own suggestions and save them from the embarrassment of asking, please.

We have reservations for tables 2, 4, 5 and 8 for luncheon. Kurapika, Madame Red personally asked for you, I hope you don't mind.

Looks to be a busy day.
